"Karen was recommended to us by a friend and as soon as I contacted her, I knew she was on our side in this daunting search for a rental (which was a huge bonus because we were shopping for a rental from Naples, Italy. We started our search only a couple months out, but when it's off season it can be even more of a challenge than during the peak season. I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to spend a day viewing properties with her, and while we didn't see anything that suited our needs that day, she took great mental notes to continue to look for just what we wanted after I returned to Italy. Funny enough, she is extremely patient and flexible...because our original search criteria is not at all what we ended up signing a lease for...and that was based on our flip flopping around about what was important to us...but she stuck it out with our crazy questions and changes and in the end has found us a fabulous home that we're very excited to move into! She can easily be reached by email or phone and is quick to respond to messages, even with the crazy time zone differences we've had to deal with. I will recommend her to anyone I hear that is moving to the area...she is just that good!"
