Housing: The Housing Office is the point of contact for everyone making living arrangements, on- and off-base. Information pertaining to on-base privatized family housing and unaccompanied personnel housing can be obtained from this office. Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex has 501 family housing units that have been privatized and conveyed to a private owner, Pinnacle Hunt Communities.
