Location: The Suffolk Joint DOD Complex is located at 116 Lake View Pkwy, Suffolk, VA 23435, in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The cities of Portsmouth and Norfolk, VA lie within a 12 miles radius to the east of the Suffolk facility and the city of Chesapeake, VA is south of Suffolk, by about 20 miles or so.
Military housing in the area is privatized. Housing options are available in the Portsmouth/Northern Virginia area in the Hampton Roads district of Virginia.
