If you are in anchorage I recommend shopping at Nordstrom located in the 5th Avenue mall in downtown anchorage. They have such a good selection of makeup and clothes and shoes. Their customer service is amazing, they are really good about returns and making sure you are always pleased with your purchases. Their quality of products is awesome and you can always depend on one of their associates to help you with whatever you need.
