Comstock Air 1

Given the choice, I would never work with this company again. We are renting & the homeowners have a warranty on the central air through this company. our AC broke shortly after moving in & it was July, I was heavily pregnant & had a toddler & 2 small dogs. Comstock kept promising to get back to me & I'd never get calls back, they kept forgetting to tell us the parts were delayed (for weeks at a time). The tech was a really nice guy & was friendly which is why I'm giving any stars at all, but he was always late even when I'd work with his schedule. The whole experience was so bad that the housing agent had to call in another company during after hours to come work out a temporary solution because the house was over 90 degrees & getting dangerously hot for a small child & pregnant woman. Comstock is THE WORST. don't use them & save yourself the hassle.
