St. Vincent De Paul society thrift store 1

Probably one of the best thrift shops in town. They generally have a fairly large furniture selection outside. However what is available is obviously touch & go. I do find their prices on furniture particularly to be quite expensive compared to the other thrift shops in town. Around the Christmas holiday they tend to have 50% off sales to clear some inventory and that's when you will find the best deals on furniture. I have found some really nice pieces that I have redone. the rest of the shop is quite small and kind of grubby and rundown. I understand that thrift shops are not the fanciest places but, this one doesn't seem to be super well taken care of. One thing I do like however is that sales they make from donations go right back into helping the community. Also, they provide clothing vouchers for people in need around town.
