Brenford Animal Hospital 1

We are so grateful for Dr. Levinson and the staff at Brenford Animal Hospital. Our cat was extremely ill with what turned out to be a horrible kidney infection. We were unable to get her into her current vet and called Brenford. They got us in within 2 hours at their South location. Everyone was great and Dr. Levinson was amazing. He dove in immediately, asked questions, answered all of our questions, prepared us for what was to possibly come, and made sure we had estimates and gave approval on everything. I love that he offered choices, not just one route. We ended up doing a kidney ultrasound. When the results were done, he even brought us into the back to physically show us the images and explained everything he saw. I also respect when he was honest and admitted when he was uncertain of certain aspects, rather than just guessing or throwing things out there. I cannot even describe my gratitude for his knowledge and patience with us. We ended up finishing the rest of her treatments and follow ups at the Dover location and will continue to visit there. The staff was great. Even after our kitty was feeling better and showing her true grumpy self, they were still fantastic with handling her. They were aggressive with treatment, but absolutely fair and reasonable. Our kitty is back to her feisty, loveable self. We have officially left her original vet and switched to Brenford.
