Crossfit Pace Patriot Pride 1

I began Crossfit almost 2 years ago but wish I had started sooner. It always intimidated me but I needed a change from my normal fitness routine and approaching 40 I decided to try Crossfit. CF3P has become my family. The best members and coaches! So much encouragement and instruction - there is always a watchful eye and coaching to prevent injury. All fitness levels and ages are welcome because all workouts can be scaled to ability. The constant change of the programming, challenge you. My strength, endurance and fitness level have dramatically increased proving age is just a number and Crossfit can be for anyone! Run by a military family and many members are active duty and reservists.
