I'm giving them a neutral/poor rating. Oh yes, Chad is great to talk to (in person or on phone): until after you sign the contract that is. AND, once he's paid, you'll never speak to him directly again. If it's good service you want, go somewhere else. Also, you'll pay about 20% more than what you should. {Very poor install also- like dropping or "kicking" important looking A/C components }

THE BEST! When we bought our home in Richmond Hill in 2014 we had NOTHING but trouble with our HVAC and RIDICULOUSLY high electric bills. We went through several of the big named HVAC "specialist" and FINALLY we found Chad. Chad is honest, ethical, friendly, hardworking and he knows what he is doing. He fixed the problem after we had spent THOUSANDS with the other guys. We are so grateful to have found him and is he is the only HVAC guy in the surrounding area that we would recommend.
