Worst cable internet provider we have ever had. We don't have a choice in our apartment complex and we struggled with several wrong installations (which we were additionally charged for) and have terrible signal and internet reliability. We often have wrong charges on our bill, but they have always been corrected after a phone call. Our cable blacks out frequently and the wireless wasnt improved with the additional purchase of a router as recommended by the company. Do not recommend!!!
