After having a negative experience with another local vet, coming here was like a breath of fresh air! The receptionist and the vet both made a big fuss over my dog, making her feel special and not scared-they all get on the floor with her and give her lots of snuggles. When she went in for a teeth cleaning, they told me they let her come have lunch with them on their lunch break in the staff room! She gets so excited when we go, which makes me feel good. They made ordering her flea and tick medicine very easy because we can do it online, and we even got an email remembering her birthday. If they put this much effort into a regular checkup, I'm confident that if something serious ever happened, they would do well with that too. As a family who moves around a lot, it's nice to find a vet we can trust!
