Country Club 1

I was SO disappointed in country club. I have been dying to go here forever, as I love live country music and dancing. I am from Oklahoma and we have some excellent country bars there; I have seen Gary Allan, Casey Donahue band, Eli young, Turnpike Troubadours, Randy Rogers, Josh Abbott Band, Shooter Jennings, and more at my favorite bars back home. Most of those bars have multiple dance floors and are always packed. Even the country bar in Colorado was full of people dancing, karaoke, and having a good time. Maybe my expectations were too high. The largest number of people we saw on the dance floor was 10!! On a Saturday night at 11:00! Most of them were older than my parents and all knew the same line dances in their bedazzled boots. We finally bought enough overpriced drinks to not care if we were two stepping on an empty dance floor, but the live band played literally no red dirt or old school country, just a bunch of pop country impossible to dance too. So disappointed.
