I am so disappointed by the color I received here. I hadn't colored my hair in over 3 years, but was finally ready for a change, so I went here after hearing a recommendation on a Facebook group. I brought in multiple pictures of strawberry blonde hair: lots of auburns with blonde throughout. I did not want an ombré. The girl told me she would do a baylage. I told her I had no clue what that was, and she said it was a natural way to mix the red and blonde so I said sure. When she was finished my hair looked NOTHING like any of the pictures. The top was dark red with no blonde at all and the bottom was very blonde with no red (like an ombré) but I am very non confrontational so I told her I was fine with it and paid over $115 plus tip (this was with the 30% discount she offered). I figured when I went back to get my roots done I could try to get it to look more like what I actually wanted. Unfortunately, less than a week later, almost all the red had completely faded away. So the top is my natural color, but the bottom is still very blonde. It looks like i haven't gotten my roots done in months. I have even used a color saving shampoo and I only wash my hair every three days. I messaged her about it to see if she could help me out. Most salons I've gone to in the past will fix it for free if it isn't right. She offered 50% off, which I was still willing to pay because i wanted it to look nice. After that, however, she never messaged me back about setting up a time to fix it. I even sent photos and she just stopped responding. I'm over $100 out and I hate my hair. Will not be back. I ended up going to another salon to have them fix it and it looks much better.
