Junction City CrossFit 1

This is the only CrossFit gym in Junction City so unless you want to go to Manhattan this is really your only option. The workouts are good however they are generally just taken off the internet from some of the big name CrossFit Box's. There are definitely some clique's in the gym and unfortunately they include the coach's. If you want to go just to get a workout in then it is a decent place but if you compete I highly recommend making the trip to Manhattan as they will better serve you. The building is kind of falling a part (cracked concrete and "holes" in the floor from dropping weights that really need to be fixed) and a good portion of the equipment could stand to be replaced. They do have a nutritionist which is great, but she does cost extra. The membership is expensive (I believe it is up to $110/month now) and in my opinion it is not worth that much. As with any CrossFit Box, the people are generally nice and welcoming, I just don't feel that the service they provide is worth that much money, I did go there for two years so I have a pretty good idea.
