Whether you are a wine connoisseur or just like a nice bottle of plonk, this is the place for you. The first time they entered the Wines of the South competition in 2004 one of their wines won a medal, they haven't stopped winning medals since. In 2016 they entered 6 and won 6! On Sunday afternoons in the spring and fall you can go to the winery and have a nice relaxing afternoon drinking some fresh local wine and listening to one of the bands playing. Children are welcome, bring your pop up tents, picnic baskets (no outside alcohol, grills hotdogs or liquor), friends and family and have a great time. If you don't know which wine to choose, have a little taster. You can taste up to 4 wines with no fee! There is a small charge of $5 per adult (no charge for children) for the Sunday afternoon shindig but it is well worth it. Buy some wine while you are there and get a discount - 5% for 6 - 11 bottles and 10% for 12+ bottles.
