Wareings Gym 3

Great local gym close to the beach. It's locally owned and you see the owners there working out and hanging out. If you live near this area, definitely try this gym. It's not intimidating and there's a variety of workout levels working out in this gym and classes.

This is the best gym for locals. It is near the Virginia Beach Oceanfront but it's off the beaten path so it's a locals spot. This gym started as a boxing gym and has evolved to a regular gym. They have a lot of group fitness classes. They have a few classes that is very tough and perfect for a really athletic person. They also have tons of workout machines and weights. They also have a small nursery that doesn't cost extra. This was my favorite gym!
