This Onelife Fitness downtown location is in an old brick building that they converted into a gym. Architecturally it's beautiful! Each floor has exercise machines, free weights, yoga, group fitness, spin. They have it all. I worked out here for a long time and like the diversity of workouts offered. It's pretty much like any other big gym, but in a great location. They also have lots of location all over Hampton Roads so you have a variety.
