"Great neighbors and perfect location"

This is a great neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. There is an annual block party and lots of unofficial gatherings (bunco, Christmas party, etc.). The location is fantastic--15 minutes to the base and 7 minutes to Target and other shopping (not that I've timed it or anything...). Only 1/2 mile from the elementary school. Of all the neighborhoods I've lived in (and there have been many) this is the all-around winner.

Recommendations: Leonard's Grant (better schools and community amenities, but further away from base, smaller yards, higher HOA and local taxes). Wildewood (awesome community pool, but expensive HOA and very, very small yards, at least in the newer part). Forrest Farms (a bit out of the way and more expensive then the other neighborhoods, but huge lots and a nice community pool)
