Balfour Beatty will rip you off on move out. If you don't give them the 300 dollars for THEM to clear you and clean your quarters yourself you will not be happy. They tried to charge me for damages that were noted on our move in docs and I refused to pay them. Be careful with this shoddy outfit. They did not live up to their own SOP and violated the housing contract. Our quarters were ok... but JUST ok. I have had to retain a lawyer.

"Woodlands On Post Housing"

We love our house on post! We have officer housing and it is newer housing. Lots of storage! We have a 2 car garage(with a storage closet), storage closet off back patio, 3 bedrooms with a 4th that is storage only because no windows. Master bedroom has two walk in closets. Kitchen has a pantry and a storage closet under the stairs! We have enjoyed living here. We are currently still living here, but have been told that moving out is very difficult to pass the move out inspection because it is a white glove expectation. I am always leaving locations better than we have received it in, but whenyou move in and spend about 4-6 hrs cleaning before we could move in, that SAN be frustrating when you are expected to have it white glove to move out when it wasn't when you moved in. Also, it is very difficult to get ahold of housing office when you have questions. We are not able to get fences unless we buy above ground fence because they have an underground sprinkler system but never use it. If you put a fence up, you are responsible for mowing the area inside the fence!
We have loved the neighborhood though.
