Reviews where families have personally lived in a specific neighborhood is evaluated on a 5 Star Ratings System:

• Family Friendly: This rating is derived by how family friendly the neighborhood is. For example, there parks and playgrounds for children and neighbors friendly to families. This does NOT mean the neighborhood discriminates against people who are not in a family, it means the neighborhood is very welcoming.
• Social: This rating is derived by how well the neighbors interact. For example, this ranges from residents waving at each other, to stopping and speaking to each other, to neighborhood sponsored events and parties.
• Safety: This rating is derived by how safe residents feel at daytime, nighttime, or both.
• Location to Base: This is derived by how many miles away from base.
• Schools: This rating is derived by how good the schools are.
