"Don't move to this end of Phoenix!"

I am recently separated from my husband and was looking for inexpensive housing while I get readjusted to living on one income. I found the apartment complex, the models are much nicer than the actual apartments. There are A LOT of stray animals running around, no one seems to respect the parking lot speed limit and kids are constantly running around, being loud and totally unsupervised.

Affordable Pet friendly Waived enrollment fees for on sight daycare	Too noisy Residents tend to leave garbage everywhere except the dumpsters Appliances are ancient Lease inculdes two pages of safety information that makes me worried my car or apartment might be broken into or vandalized
