"Close to Keesler and on the back bay."

Rent is expensive. Added fees over priced pet fees. Not good for large dogs, due to the lack of green space. Water pressure is poor, parking is poor. Previous flooding issues. Drainage ditch is not well maintained nor is it child proof. Very small play ground next to the trash compacter. The leasing agents are trained to Sale, keep that in mind when they drive you to the nicest part of the complex. Insist on walking around the complex especially the back side. There is very little green space for dogs, yet some have been allowed to take in as many as 15 cats, the cats are fed and given water, as well as allowed inside the apartments. That becomes ownership with out paying a pet deposit. These cats roam free, climb on the vehicles and do their business anywhere. If your dog does this the management will charge a fee. The trash compactors are nice, they are not serviced often enough . Utilities are also expensive. Tolerable living for short time.Recon and compare.Pools Gym activities
