"worst apartment ever"

Worst apartment ever. I made the contracts and paid admin and app fee but when the moving time comes, they said they have already rented it to someone and they said they did canceled our application since we called and told so. But we did not call them for cancellation and they got our $320 and did not give back. Besides, their showroom is far better than their actual apartments in terms of kitchen appliances and closets. ...
