Villas at Medical Center: Off Base Apartment Complex

"Do not move here"

This apartment complex looks nice. The apartment leasing office is very unhelpful. When it is time to move out of your apartment they will take your entire deposit. I am a clean person. I had a $300 deposit..$100 for normal and $200 for a pet fee. I was charged $67 for them to repaint the walls because it had 3 marks on it. I was also charged a cleaning fee of $100 because they said the apartment wasn't move-in ready because they had to wipe down the washer. I didn't receive any money back and they sent me an invoice saying I owe them an additional $44. I was expecting the carpet cleaning fee to be taken out the deposit but they helped themselves to my entire deposit plus more. Do not move here. Attached are the pictures they sent me saying the marks were above normal wear and tear. The closet picture is a picture in the closet wasn't even of my closet. That box was on the other side of the closet with no racks above. They try to get over.
