Overall family-friendley area with lots of families. Most neighborhoods around here have community parks and community pools. There are plenty of grocery stores as well as local mechanics that are easily accessible and offer friendly & helpful service.

Great area of town - family friendly with lots of new construction all around. Plenty of shopping centers & restaurants nearby. Great local veteran-owned mechanic is nearby as well called Sandalwood Auto Care - they are FANTASTIC. This is the perfect location - still close enough to NAS Mayport (about 15 min away) but yet you don't feel like you're living right on top of base. The St. John's Town center is also only about 10-15 minutes away full of great shops, restaurants, & some night life if you're looking for that as well. Highly recommend this area of town!
