Richmond Hill: Off Base Area of Town

"Small town that’s growing"

Richmond Hill is a small town but there is a lot of people moving in causing it to become busy. There’s great parks and plenty of grocery stores but not many restaurants worth visiting. If you like small towns then this is the place for you. They do a lot around the holidays like parades, Santa comes around of a fire truck and more

"Coastal family friendly town"

I love how quiet and family friendly the area is!!! J.F. Gregory Park is home to a great playground and wonderful 3mile walking loop that runs alongside water that used to be rice fields. Richmond Hill also has several restaurants, some of our favorites are Smokin' Pig, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, Local on 17 and several more! Also, Richmond Hill High School is the best school in the district so many families move to Richmond Hill just for the school.

"Richmond Hill, GA"

Richmond Hill is located in the middle of (about 30 min commute either direction) Hunter Army Airfield and Ft. Stewart. It's worth the drive. This small military friendly town is home to about 10,000 people, filled with top notch schools, local restaurants, 20+ churches (your in the bible belt) and shops owned by residents. There is a Farmers Market every Tuesday, Ogeechee Seafood Festival every year. Boating, canoeing, Kayaking on the Ogeechee River..just a stones throw to the Atlantic. If you looking for a place to raise your family this is the closest thing to Mayberry we have found!
