"Arctic North"

This is Townhome complex. Formerly military housing. It sits next to the Trainor Gate entrance to Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks Alaska. It has several different sized units from a smal 3 bdrm to a free standing 5bdrm. The layout is a little strange, but it's worth the cost considering it includes a one car garage and some utilities (water, wifi, and heat-a big plus). Pet deposit is high, but they waive the regular deposit if you sign up to pay rent by allotment. Property also has walking trails, childrens play areas, basketball and tennis courts.
