I have never been so unhappy living in a place before this. They will come out and never fix anything, just put paint over it and wait for you to move out and send you a bill for it. They don't pay for pest control, so if your neighbor have bed bugs they will just put the blame on you and make you pay for it. There is not extra parking and there will be cars parked in front of your townhome in your drive way. The leasing office is full of people that don't care so don't call them for anything. If you still want to move in these townhomes, take pictures the day you move in and the day you move out or be ready for a bill large bill.
