Not for everyone! Situated just 5 minutes from EOD, Blue Water Bay and Destin with some of the best restaurants in the area, quiet Villa Tasso offers allot for your money. It pleasantly surprises everyone but if you are looking for manicured lawns, side walks and a place where everyone hides indoors then this may not be for you. Zoned county not city do not be surprised if you hear a rooster or a goat. This is a some what secluded place, where kids still play on the street and neighbors are friendly with respect to your privacy. This is typical country Florida off the tourist page nestled right on the coast line. Most of these type communities have vanished under 20 story cement condo architecture. Not here not yet. Military friendly a family oriented. Most people have lived here for generations. You can relax on the front porch or retire to a Florida room and enjoy the outdoors with plenty of shade from the native mature live oak trees. Take a walk to the picnic area overlooking the bay or get in the car and do what all the tourist do without spending all that money. We have found this place special in every sense of the word.
