Buckhead North and Buckhead (Buckhead East is different) are located about 9 miles down 144 from the city limits of Richmond Hill. A bedroom community, Buckhead North offers hundreds of years old oak trees draped in Spanish Moss, neighborhood walking trails (pet friendly), cameras, pool, tennis courts, parks, ponds, basketball courts and baseball fields. BHN is a golf cart community. HOA fees are approx $800/year and include all amenities along with maintenance of the common areas. In Buckhead North the homes range from 300's to 600's.
