"Not worth your bah"

We understand the homes are historic, but ours was poorly maintained and infested with roaches (in the ducts and walls). The floors were in poor condition and the tile impossible to make clean. The outdoors were crawling with roaches at night which has never been our experience off post. Not worth our bah this time around even with any discount.

This neighborhood is for O-1-O-3. Very old “historic” housing on main post central to schools, gyms, playgrounds and the dog park. No fences in this neighborhood allowed though so not ideal for dogs and kids. Lead paint is still present in these duplex style homes. These are also very susceptible to mold.
