"Suburbia meets Country living"

We purchased a new construction home in this neighborhood sight unseen and do not regret our decision. Our neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is safe with kids playing in the streets. This neighborhood is approximately 15 minutes away from Fort Stewart and is in the middle of rural countryside. We travel to Hinesville for shopping which is tops 15 minutes away. We do have an HOA that has strict rules on yard appearance to maintain home values. There is a wide demographic in the neighborhood between military and civilians that work nearby. It has been a joy to live here.
