"Quiet and safe neighborhood"

We lived here for a year renting before we bought our own house. We never had any issues with anything and the neighborhood was always very quiet. There is a park within the neighborhood that was nice for the kids to play on! We took walks often and always saw kids playing outside. We had a train literally right behind our house that ran m-f no later then 5 and no earlier then 8. It wasn’t loud enough to cause a issue and my toddler actually loved watching it
