Crofton Park is a subdivision in Crofton MD built in the 60's and 70's by Levitt Construction. There are several home types in the neighborhood including townhome and single family homes. This coveted community branches off from a 3 mile loop called the Crofton Parkway that circles the gold course and country club. The community has several top rated elementary schools within walking distance and most areas are also within walking distance of the middle and new (2020) Crofton high school.
Close by you'll find lots of shopping including the Waugh Chapel Center and lots of dining options. You're also just 15 minutes to Annapolis, less than 30 minutes to both Baltimore and Washington. This community is a top choice in Anne Arundel County.
