"Brand new neighborhood being built by Marrick homes...the best!"

We rented in Primrose Park area of Wildwood and decided to build a new construction home. Wildwood was great for social aspect, but homed were very very close together with small or no yards and all looked almost the same. We looked at QBH and Marrick Homes neighborhoods and decided on Clark's Rest. We are thrilled with our home and neighborhood. We are right behind St Mary's Hospital, and can walk to everyone of our doctors, dentists, etc. Leonardtown has such a great small town feel and fabulous schools. I love being 5 minutes from Leonardtown Elementary and also the middle, high, and Catholic schools. Marrick was very easy to work wish and our home is unique and very special. Our neighborhood has large lots, custom homes, and are building sidewalks, pool, basketball and tennis courts. Come and be our neighbor!
