Hillcrest Drive: Off Base Neighborhood/Subdivision

Review

"Quiet neighborhood close to schools, air base"

This older neighborhood of small houses is a great place to buy a starter home. This was one of the first subdivisions built after Whiteman Air Force Base was established, and the homes have that well-built 50s-feel ranch style with original hardwood floors and simple lines. It is a mile from WAFB and walking distance from the high school. People are friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
