"Great for Kids"

The neighborhood is still under construction, but the construction doesn't disrupt anything. The homes are all new (the oldest was built in 2009) and are energy efficient with mostly open floor plans. There are lots of friendly, young families who walk around the self-contained neighborhood--no through traffic since Fox Hill is a loop. Three Rivers Elementary is across the street, and there is a playground (nothing to brag about) that you can go to there after school is over. Unfortunately, Gulfport isn't known for sidewalks, and there are sidewalks in the community in front of finished homes, but there are not sidewalks outside of the community.

Pros Cons
  1. Friendly neighbors
  2. Proximity to elementary school
  3. Other military families in the area
  1. Construction of new homes
  2. No community pool or other amenities
