"Great neighborhood, great schools"

This neighborhood is still young. It's not new but it's not mature yet. The families that live there are welcoming and social. There are great schools in our area to include: Jack Britt high school, New Century Middle school and New Century International Elementary school.

  1. There are quite a few of military related families in the subdivision. So that makes you feel more comfortable if your spouse were deployed.

  1. There is no main road entry to the subdivision, so you have to go through a neighboring subdivision to enter it.
