"Family Neighborhood-Quick Drive to Ft. Bragg"

Quiet family neighborhood located right next to Methodist University Campus, only 2 miles to I-295 and under 10 minute drive to Fort Bragg. Easy 10 minute drives to the mall or downtown Fayetteville areas also. So much on the north side of town-Walmart, Food Lion, Aldi's grocery stores with the newest Harris Teeter projected to be built soon within walking distance of Kinwood. Starbucks, Applebees, Panera Bread, Chick Filet, Taco Bell and all other sorts of quick dining delights nearby. Although when we lived here we didn't have school age children - all grade levels are within 5 miles to the neighborhood and have great reports. We loved the easy access especially to I-295/95/40 and could be in Raleigh in an hour! Awesome Hair Salon, 2 local restaurants/pubs, a flower shop and childcare center option all at the entrance of the community at Kinlaw & Ramsey. We loved that every Christmas Kinwood Lights would be the annual event everyone looked forward to-this luminary event draws in others from the area and showcases our neighborhood as well as gives everyone a chance to get out and meet new neighbors as everyone is walking around to see the glow of the luminaries and lovely Christmas lights. All in all - it was a delight living in Kinwood and we would highly recommend it.
