"Great Neighborhood"

We bought a house in the Scotts Mill about 1 year ago. Great peaceful neighborhood on the county line of Fayetteville and Raeford. Close to shopping centers and Fort Bragg. Very safe and quiet. Very pretty! HOA makes sure the neighborhood looks good at all times. No complaints. Low HOA $. Good school district.

"Scotts Mill at Treyburn"

Military friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors will watch out for each other. Subdivision connects to Lake Rim Elementary School. I do not have children so I cannot accurately rate the school. Close to Chicken and Reilly gates and Camp Mackall. Once completed, we will be close to the 295 Outer Loop, which means easier access to I-95.
