"Great welcoming neighborhood"

We absolutely love this neighborhood. It is by far the neighborhood we will constantly compare possible homes we will buy or rent to. Kids are constantly playing outside in the street, everyone waves to everyone. Some streets do block parties for holidays. Best elementary school in the county! The commute to Camp Lejeune is longer due to traffic at the gate. You would hit this traffic if you lived 5 miles away or 20. The commute to New River is 15 mins. Very close to all kind of restaurants and entertainment.

"Great Neighborhood and Schools"

Planned neighborhood built during the last 8-10 years, has combination of small to large family homes, townhomes, and apartment complexes, with single family homes on the left side of Carolina Forest Blvd and the apartments and townhomes on the right side, the very popular Carolina Forest Elementary School is located at the north end of Carolina Forest Blvd, right across from the community pool and clubhouse.
