"Great neighborhood close to ft bragg"

We lived here for 2 years in 2015-2017 and loved it! So convenient to the north side of Fort Bragg- only 10 minutes to the Honeycutt and Randolph gates. Fayetteville schools get a bad wrap, but although we did not have school aged children, we heard great things about Howard Elementary.

"Military Family Friendly Neighborhood"

This subdivision is a true close military community. All residents communicate via secure Facebook group. All information, messages and any issues are handled quickly and in a professional manner. Families of deployed members are always looked after. This subdivision is very kid friendly with many young families. Pets are also atrongly welcomed. Any pet found exploring the neighborhood alone is always found and returned via community facebook page. We all love them here. 295 interstate runs directly behind the subdivision and once fully complete will make for quick access to All American side of Fort Bragg and Fayetteville main shopping district. There is a great access to numerous Fort Bragg gates from this location. Interstate 95 is only 10 minutes away as well.
