Eastman Creek is a safe neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch committee. Intracoastal waterway access with two community docks, boat slips, clubhouse, playground, and pool. Minutes from Historic Downtown Beaufort with various activities and fantastic restaurants. For those who enjoy golf, North River Golf Club is only 10 minutes away. "North River is a world-class, top ranked 18-hole Bob Moore-designed championship golf course offering memberships and daily fee play. The golf course layout is one of the best in the Carolinas and features five sets of tees and the area’s top practice range." Short drive to Radio Island and Atlantic Beach. Easy commute to MCAS Cherry Point or USCG Station Fort Macon. Neighborhood has a wonderful mix of families and great neighbors.
