"Horse Racing Upper Class Crowd"

Not our favorite place we were stationed. The winters are super cold and the summers short. People are mostly educated but can be quite stuck up/northern feeling. The horse racing is fun and downtown Saratoga is very nice!! The shops are restaurants downtown are great. I would recommending living downtown Saratoga instead of Ballston Spa or suburbs (Hawthorn Blvd is suburbs). House would be much smaller for the money, but better lifestyle.
