"presidential Lakes neighborhood"

Presidential Lakes in King George, VA is going to be a commute to the bases in Washington DC, about an hour and a half commute. If you are looking to find cheaper houses to buy with more land than in the Washington DC area, I do recommend this area. Its a very nice quiet and family friendly neighborhood. There is a neighborhood lake and man made beach for the residents as well as a basketball park and park for kids. There are schools for all ages within walking distance and it is a safe area. The prices of the houses vary from moderate to high. If you are looking to get away from the city, I do recommend looking in to this neighborhood.
