Amazing newer neighborhood consisting of single family homes, custom homes and townhouses. Homes surround 2 lakes with walking paths/ trails and 2 nice playgrounds. This unique community consists of several different courtyards where 10+ homes share a common area and the front of the homes face each other. Most neighbors gather and socialize well into the evenings on their beautiful large covered porches while the kids play safely with their friends or fish in the lake. Sherwood Lakes is surrounded by many top schools such as St Johns Catholic School, THREE OAKS ELEMENTARY, PRINCESS ANNE MIDDLE, KELLUM HIGH SCHOOL, and many wonderful preschools.
