"Social, kid-friendly neighborhood"

Close-knit neighborhood with friendly, wonderful residents! Healthy mix of families with young kids, families with high-schoolers, and empty-nesters. A neighborhood where people take pride in their homes and get involved in neighborhood events. Fantastic place for a young family - park/playground around the corner, neighborhood pool, annual Easter egg hunt and 4th of July kids' parade. The HOA puts red bows on each mailbox during the holiday season every December and it's a blast to catch a FCHS home football game-- it's that kind of place! It's also in a perfect location - centrally located to shopping, all area bases, beaches, highways, etc.
