"Quiet, Older Neighborhood with Large Lots"

This is a great neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful area where the houses are not on top of each other. Easy access to the Chehalis Western trail. It is an aging neighborhood with older homes and many of the original residents who have lived here for 40 years; however, many of the homes are for sale or for rent, and the demographic is changing. Prices are way down, and a good bargain for a well built home can be found here. North Thurston school district.
