Kellydawn specializes in helping her Seller’s capture all the equity in the sale of their home!  She has a unique approach and a fantastic team to help Seller's reach their goals.   Also, as a Certified Real Estate Colaborative Specialist for Divorce (RCS-D), Kellydawn helps divorcing homeowners BEFORE they sign their property settlement statement!  Kellydawn and her team, provide free support to divorcing homeowners with the process of gathering and organizing house documents.  This service, applied early in the legal process, helps preserve credit scores and home purchasing eligibility after the divorce. With her RCS-D Kellydawn has also had opportunities to work with members of the military. Kellydawn states: "There is nothing more satisfying than serving our countries Veterans and Active Duty Military families! Their courage is inspiring. It is humbling to understand that these individuals and their families give everything, including their most precious moments and in some cases their lives to protect our freedoms." Kellydawn believes that being prepared, as a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), to give them her best is the least she can do to show her gratitude and deep regard for their sacrifices.
