Hello and welcome! My name is Amy Wodicka and I am a full time real estate agent and Navy spouse serving all of Southeastern Connecticut. My past experience of six years in Property Management gave me many tools that I use on the sales side today. It was one of the best experiences that I could have had and really prepared me for the sales. I take all of my knowledge from my previous work and experiences and apply to real estate today. This has allowed me to grow more and a become a better agent. Aside from Property Management, I have also owned my home and sold my home, so I understand from both sides the transitions that you may face during those processes.
